To donate to JZMS by check please make all checks out to the Falcon Foundation and in the memo section of the check denote the Jordan Zapper Memorial Scholarship.

Checks should be addressed to the Falcon Foundation and sent to 24995 Ben Taylor Rd., Colfax, CA 95713.

The Jordan Zapper Memorial Scholarship (JZMS) is affiliated with the Falcon Foundation. The Falcon Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) organization, and all donations are tax deductible. Donations can be made online or by check.
